Day 1

Elsen Tasarkhai 

Up early morning, drive to Elsen tasarkhai unique area of forest and sand dunes. After lunch in tourist camp, there is an opportunity for a camel ride trial through the sand dunes. We will visit a local horsemen family where you have an opportunity to experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Overnight in a tent.  B/L/D

 

Day 2

The Ancient Capital, Kharkhorin

 

After and early breakfast drive to the Ancient capital of Mongolia, Kharkhorin and upon arrival, visit Erdene – Zuu. Erdene – Zuu is the one of the largest monasteries in Mongolia. Tour of the monastery grounds and several chapels with excellent examples of Buddhist iconography dating from the 16th century. Visit the ruins of Kharkhorin, the 13th century capital of the Mongol Empire. And drive to Orkhon Waterfall. Excursion to the beautiful Orkhon Waterfall. Hiking and photo session along the river. Overnight in the herders home and tent.  B/L/D

Day 3-5 

Naiman nuur 

 

Today we will start hiking tour to Naiman nuur for 2 nights and 3 days. The Khuisiin Naiman Nuur National Monument is located in the Central Mongolian Khangai mountain range and represents a typical high mountain area of Mongolia with max. The area of Naiman Nuur (Eight Lakes), which was created by volcanic eruptions centuries ago and 3,163 metres above sea level Khuisiin Naiman Nuur (Navel Eight Lakes) is located on over 2,400 metre above sea level. The area of 11,500 hectare size was declared a National Monument in 1992. Overnights at tent. B/L/D

 

 Day 6

Tsenher Hot Spring   - Duut Resort

 

Tsenher is a natural hot spring flows out whole year from the ground at 85 Celsius degree, country`s second hottest, in mountainous Central Mongolia. It is located 1860 m a.s.I. The water is high mineral content and containing everything from simple calcium, sodium to sulphuric. Sitting in the open pool drinking while seeing stars at the dark sky is one of the favorite activities in here. Overnight a duut resort which offers for tourist indoor and outdoor baths. B/L/D

 

Day 7

Drive back to UB / Transfer to hotel or hostel  B/L/D
